Magnesium is a naturally occurring and vital mineral. Vital, like your body needs it for 300+ processes; including regulation of electrolytes (think Potassium and Sodium,) and aids in the absorption of Calcium as well as a host of vital functions in the body having to do with mineral absorption and transfer. More than 78% of people on the planet are magnesium deficient, even our naturally occurring sources are depleted and provide less elemental magnesium as the Earth and soil becomes depleted. In a sort of "As above, so Below" kind of situation, this lack of elemental magnesium in our diet has led to a worldwide mineral deficiency.
Magnesium Supplements can be beneficial, but many people experience digestive discomfort when building up magnesium levels in the system and finding the correct internal dosage for them. Unfortunately, this can make it difficult to supplement the magnesium you aren't able to get from your diet. Many Magnesium supplements source their magnesium as a result of fracking, something that further damages the already struggling ecosystem.
We have overcome these hurdles with our unique Magnesium Cream formulation. Our Transdermal delivery system allows encapsulated Magnesium Brine to be gently absorbed by the skin along with nourishing Organic Botanical Oils, Butters and Organic Lavender Essential Oil. Unlike internal supplementation, there are no gastric side effects when applying magnesium to the skin (Transdermal or Topical.) We source our Magnesium Brine (Brine refers to a solution of a salt and water, the ocean is a form of brine) from Tibet, where it is harvested by hand for this purpose, in a way that respects the environment.
"Magnesium is a mineral that is present in relatively large amounts in the body. Researchers estimate that the average person’s body contains about 25 grams of magnesium, and about half of that is in the bones. Magnesium is important in more than 300 chemical reactions that keep the body working properly. People get magnesium from their diet, but sometimes magnesium supplements are needed if magnesium levels are too low. Dietary intake of magnesium may be low, particularly among women Magnesium is required for the proper growth and maintenance of bones. Magnesium is also required for the proper function of nerves, muscles, and many other parts of the body.“ Web MD

Vitamin D Content
1mL = 30drops
1mL Magnesium Cream contains 166.67 IU Vegan Vitamin D
5mL Magnesium Cream contains 833.35 IU Vegan Vitamin D
1mL = 30drops
1mL Magnesium Cream contains 118.15mg Elemental Magnesium
5ml Magnesium Cream = 1 tsp = 590.73mg Elemental Magnesium (12 applications per 2oz/60mL)
2.5ml Magnesium Cream = 1/2 tsp = 1 blueberry size scoop = 295.37mg Elemental Magnesium (24 applications per 2oz/60mL)
RDA (Recommended Daily Allowance)
(These are values for Internal Magnesium from food or supplements and only loosely apply for topical. Your body is able to flood the system with topical magnesium and absorb it through the skin, sending the magnesium where it is needed or lacking. When you take the supplement, it ends up in your colon where is does the same muscle relaxing it is known for...there, in your colon ;-/... So.... they keep the values low in order to prevent daily unpleasantness. I say all of this to say; you can apply an entire jar of magnesium cream to your belly, back, elbows...wherever, and never have any digestive side effects because this is absorbed differently. So, if you apply 1/2 tsp to your leg and it is still cramping after 15 minutes, feel free to keep applying more until you have relief. You cannot over-do it. Always allergy patch test, while you cannot be allergic to a mineral (magnesium) you can have sensitivity to the other ingredients, like Shea Nut Butter.)

I am a purist. I believe in the fewest number of ingredients to work together synergistically for maximum effect. I not only source the finest botanical and mineral ingredients from around the world, but I store them cold and make them fresh just for you. I believe in transparency and innovation, constantly seeking to offer the best Mother Nature has to offer with empirical support. I love research and feel that the tangibility of university studies helps to shed some light on previously esoteric topics. I also encourage customers to do their own research, as I believe everyone has unique skin needs and interactions with ingredients. I formulate from the heart, drawing on years of herbal and cosmetic formulation knowledge, a little magic, and a desire to better the lives of those around me. I make skincare with soul from the heart and I am so thankful for the opportunity to share these creations with you.

Frequently Asked Questions
Custom and personalized orders
I am happy to do custom work and encourage you to contact me. If you have allergies or just love a particular scent, I am happy to oblige for a nominal fee.
Many items are composed of delicate floral waters and botanical oils. Keeping your items in the fridge and away from direct light will greatly extend the life of the product. Consider investing in a skincare fridge if you live in a hot climate. This is especially true for Hydrosols + Cremes + Cold Creams + Sprays + Butters (in the summer they may become liquid) + Cremes. I use Radish Root Ferment, a widely used natural preservative, but keeping your items cool + away from light will give you more time to use + love them.
Oil-based serums should be stored away from direct light and refrigerated if you will not use within 4 months.
I love expanding my business and offer many items for wholesale and distribution. Please contact me directly BearsBeauty@yahoo.com.
What are the best products for me?
All of my items are made for the most sensitive and acne-prone skin. Assume they will be ideal for you if this is your concern. I do not use coconut oil or comedogenic oils like cocoa, but always patch test just to be safe.
It takes 1-4 weeks to make your item, especially in peak ordering times.
Once your item is shipped, it arrives within 3-7 days in the US and varying time frames for international orders.
The entire world is struggling to adjust to the pandemic, please be patient. All items will be sent and any issues will be made right.
Only Priority mail services come with insurance. If an item is shipped First Class and is stolen or lost, you will be responsible for that loss. It is not my responsibility to pay for goods stolen from your porch. Please pay for Priority shipping if you are at all concerned about items being lost or stolen.
Delivery Issues USPS
If you have an item that shows it was delivered in/at mailbox and you do not have your item, please contact your local post office and neighbors. Many times the package has been mis-delivered to a neighbor or similar address and will find its way back to the post office within a day or so. I am happy to replace items for 50% off the original price + shipping in cases where an item is lost. You can also pay for upgraded shipping as Priority packages have insurance coverage and the replacement cost is covered by USPS if they lose your package.
I know it sucks to order something handmade and have it not show up, as it sucks to make something with your hands for someone and it be lost...hence meeting in the middle and covering half.
